Community Viz® uses Geographic Information System technology to help stakeholders visualize, analyze and communicate about important community planning decisions. This Community Viz Case Study of Milford, Delaware, Sussex County, Delaware illustrates how the use of tools and technology, including Community Viz®, resulted in composite scenarios that served as the basis of a land use master plan.
