Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO)

Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO): An organization designated to carry out the metropolitan transportation planning process, one represents localities in all urbanized areas with populations over 50,000.

The Delaware Complete Communities Toolbox is a product of the Institute for Public Administration (IPA) at the University of Delaware, with support from the Delaware Department of Transportation.
